'NeutraView began with a simple dream: to introduce the real taste of Neapolitan pizza to Edinburgh. Established by the Taylor family in 1985, our pizza place started as a quaint, familial operation with recipes that have been passed down for generations.

Sophie Taylor, our founder, acquired her pizza-making skills while exploring Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, employing time-honored techniques and the finest materials.

Our humble 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished local gem, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity has remained firm. We continue to bake using traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and select top-tier ingredients for our pizzas.

Presently, 'NeutraView' is still under the ownership and management of the original family, with the Taylors’ second generation now at the helm of our devoted team. While we have adopted some modern enhancements, at the core of our enterprise is still the craft of making irresistible, authentic pizzas that unite our community.
